AuraQuantic launches the new Process Mining Quantum
AuraQuantic announces the launch of its latest innovation, the Process Mining Quantum. This new module adds to the existing suite of five quanta- Advanced Analytics, Connectivity, Advanced Data Management, External Collaboration and Contextual Encryption- that, together with the core, form the product structure of the software platform. Companies can acquire these quanta individually or in combination, offering the flexibility to create customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
With this new addition, AuraQuantic continues to lead in digital transformation and business process optimization. The Process Mining Quantum represents a significant advancement, designed specifically to monitor and analyze the execution and operations of organizational processes. Interactive reports on the platform interface display all the information to guide managers and staff in analyzing tasks that require human intervention, offering a comprehensive view of the various ways processes are executed.
The quantum also groups the instances of a process class by variants—different ways a process can be executed based on the sequence of tasks—classifies tasks by their order and frequency of execution, identifies areas for improvement, and highlights unexpected loops and workloads.
David Sorensen, Director of the AuraQuantic Training School and Product Designer, emphasized during an internal presentation of the new quantum, “This report provides an overview of all completed processes, revealing what is truly happening in each process class and presenting it in such a way that any business user can understand the information in a simple and clear manner.”
Similarly, the Process Mining Quantum allows the generation of reports in PDF or Excel format, highlighting the key indicators and data available in the module.
The report begins with an “Introduction” section that states the purpose of the report. It also covers aspects such as the “Data Source,” detailing the types of processes and the “Sample,” selected based on predefined filters, along with a range of variants and other options. Excluded processes are also specified. The final part of this section includes an “Executive Summary” with conclusions.
The second section of the report addresses the main trends identified in processes, variants, and personal tasks. For processes, the report presents information on minimum, average, and maximum duration, as well as monthly duration, highlighting human intervention and identifying loops. The analysis of variants considers those available and used over the past 12 months, among other relevant aspects. Regarding personal tasks, the report details the most and least frequent tasks along with their average duration.
The third and final section is the “variant map”. This includes the complete map, along with the details of each variant. It outlines each variant individually, presenting the corresponding map and the tasks involved in each one.
To get started, select the type of process for which you want to generate the report on the platform interface. Then, click the button labeled “Enable the report to analyze the process execution” and confirm by clicking “Accept” in the confirmation window. After completing this step, go to the main window of AuraQuantic and select the “Reports” option from the general menu. A new tab called “Process Mining” will appear, listing the processes for which the quantum has been activated. Customers can then begin using the report. Furthermore, the quantum can be activated for as many processes as necessary.
The launch of the Process Mining Quantum marks a significant milestone in AuraQuantic’s 20+ year history. This addition provides companies with an advanced tool to monitor, analyze, and enhance business process management. It also underscores AuraQuantic’s commitment to leading digital transformation, by providing solutions that empower customers and help them achieve operational excellence within an intuitive and flexible environment.
