Source: The personal data contained in AURA’s electronic communications has been provided by the data subject or third parties with whom AURA, through its employees, maintains legal relations and come from AURA’s corporate, departmental and work contact lists.
Purpose and legal basis for processing: legal basis is the legitimate interest and contractual and precontractual legal relations with third parties, and data is processed in the framework of AURA’s commercial activities, to send and receive communications, add data to contact information diaries, monitor communications, content and attachments for security purposes and archive the communications.
Recipients: With legal basis in the legitimate interest and contractual and pre-contractual relations with third parties, all persons included in the communication and the organizations to which they belong are the data recipients. Also, third parties in charge of the processing may access the data to provide IT services and system security.
Retention periods: AURA will retain the data subject’s data while the purpose and legitimate basis of the processing is maintained and the data subject does not request its deletion, as well as during the periods established in the current regulations for compliance with legal obligations.
